• Moderators are users who subscribe to the premium plan to create and manage events, share checklists, track responses,
  and access moderator tools. Login via email or Google Sign-In is required.

• Participants can interact with shared links or QR codes to submit responses without needing to register. Their access is limited
  to participation and viewing based on permissions granted by the moderator.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Premium plan is available for $9.99/year.
• This subscription unlocks all core features including event creation, checklist sharing, dashboard access, and QR code generation.
• All payments are processed securely. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

5. App Functionality

With a premium subscription, you can:

• Create events with modules (date selection, potluck lists, time slots, and voting polls)
• Build reusable shared checklists with item tracking and category filters
• Generate shareable links and QR codes
• Track real-time responses and participant actions via the dashboard

Participants can:

• Respond to events and select items or time slots
• View updates and confirmations in real time
• Access shared lists and interact with items depending on moderator settings

6. Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data, event details, checklists, and any content you create or share via the platform. You must ensure that your
use of the application complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload or distribute offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or app infrastructure
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse app features

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the application if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.

9. Intellectual Property
